The average cost of bookkeeping in Sonoma County is $80/hr. I have found that a more economical way to serve clients is to have a monthly subscription for my services. This allows clients to know up front what services they will receive without worrying about how long it will take.
Yes. Basic bookkeeping services start at $600 per month and are done exclusively with Quickbooks Online.
My services are a good fit for sole proprietors, independent contractors, and one-person businesses with $300K or more in annual revenue. I am not a good fit for retail stores, online sellers or employers with large payrolls. My services are tailored to individuals with whom I can build strong relationships and play a key role in their success.
We start with a discovery call. I will gather information about your business such as how you currently keep your books, whether or not they are up-to-date, how many active bank accounts and credit cards you have, how many transactions you have per month and where you would like to take your business in the next 5 years. If we agree that we are a good fit for each other, I will email you a proposal outlining the monthly cost.
Great bookkeeping is a collaborative process. I will provide a monthly report to you by the 15th of the following month provided you have given me your numbers. Additionally, I will check in every quarter and again as we approach tax deadlines.
